I called first before driving in. I spoke with John over the phone! He was very helpful and gave great directions to help get me to the right location. He gave me the names of who may greet me when I arrived. And he remembered speaking with me over the phone once I arrived. I was there for a vehicle inspection. Fast and friendly service! Location was clean and I immediately noticed how good it smelled when I walked in. I would definitely recommend.

I always feel so welcomed here, not your typical money hungry shop. The employees are transparent and extremely helpful. They have knowledgeable, experienced, professional and friendly staff! They make sure you understand what the exact issue is and help you feel like you were part of the solution, even though they do all the hard work! They always have room for walk-ins and they are such a fast turnaround that it’s even crazy they don’t charge more. This shop will always be my first choice! Thank you for always putting the customer first!

I was really pleased with my state inspection at Service Street! They were very quick - had me out in about 15 minutes. Extremely friendly. Waiting rooms were clean. I would highly recommend!

First time customer of Service Street, and will not be my last. Other repair shops focus on selling services, i.e. fluid replacement services. These guys only focus on what needs to be fixed. They gave options on parts and procured the most cost effective while meeting time commitments. Give them a try.

Super fast service! I wasn’t there no longer than 10 to 15 minutes for an inspection! Very neat & clean place as well! I came earlier & the manager Linda said that the guy just left for lunch. I left & came back & wasn’t charged for the service due to the inconvenience per Ms. Linda! That’s Customer Service at its highest level I believe. I thank you Ms. Linda & Michael! Bless you both!
