Once again, the staff out did themselves. On time, on point, and professional.

“Integrity”, “honesty”, “respect” and “courtesy” have been mentioned in other reviews. We agree totally with those descriptives based on our experience over the past 3 years with the guys in Pearland. Today was our most recent “house call” rescue from the guys 1 block over and across the street from our retirement community. They are great!! Check again those traits in quotation marks - they are all true for us.

Terrible. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. One they assign one individual to do entire job. I imagine piece work pay. Others sat around on their phones. I had the only vehicle in the shop. Two after an hour or so the kid could not get the tire off the rim after removing all the lug nuts. I was concerned that something was seriously wrong. I go to ford dealership service dept. The guy laughed when I told him the problem . They kicked the tire and it came off. I then decided to go get new tires . I watched the crew remove lug nuts and bump the tire just like the ford dealership. Today I get an email that stated they recommend I get my tires rotated. I had to laugh. You could not rotate them when I was there last week. But now you think you can? Did you get training ? Don’t think I’ll be back. Such a shame and real close to my home. I sure miss the company you bought it from.

I made an appointment with Service Street for Wednesday, December 13th for a high mileage oil change service and the service was taken care of promptly. The service staff and Mr. Mahoney were very professional and he left notes on my work order for upcoming services that were due soon with no pressure whatsoever. This is the kind of service that should be given to all clients of mechanic shops to ensure the satisfaction and earn the trust of every person who walks through the doors of the establishment. Thank you again to the hardworking staff at Service Street Cypress-Hempstead location.

They were great. They quickly fixed my head lights and were extremely kind.

Maxwell was very knowledgeable and professional. They fixed the problem within 2 hrs.I am very satisfied and will bring my car again.

This by far has been the best and most helpful auto shop I’ve yet to go too , everyone hates having to get car repair done but these folks here made it easy for me to get my vehicle in and out and back on the road in no time . I can not thank this shop and all its staff enough for their help . They took GREAT care of me , treated me like family , you can’t get that just anywhere , choose them for your next auto service needs .
